Here at HES we understand hydraulic components and pride ourselves on our ability to provide expert technical advice across a broad range of hydraulic equipment topics such as: providing complete hydraulics solutions, in-depth knowledge of particular hydraulic brands like Danfoss, Parker and Duplomatic, identifying hydraulic components or machine parts without a serial number, recommending the best filter or hydraulic component for a specific application or the mechanical assembly and operation of hydraulic valves.

In order to maintain our excellent reputation for being able to provide in-depth, advanced technical expertise we aim to employ leading technical experts across the company.

To further enhance our industry expertise we have introduced a Technical Team at Hydraulic Equipment Supermarkets designed for enquiries that require further technical assistance.

Members of the Technical Team include:

Kerry Rodway - who brings with her a wealth of knowledge of filtration, bellhousings and couplings. While this was, previously, a product range sold extensively across HES, under Kerrys guidance it will now be a core product range that HES can provide expert technical advice on. With partnerships in place with Parker and MP Filtri, HES is the new home of filtration across the UK.

Nick Thomas - our Hose and Fitting Product Specialist. With a strong background in hose and fittings, Nick strengthens the knowledge, product line and technical capabilities of Hydraulic Equipment Supermarkets.

Harry Hamilton - our Danfoss Product Manager. Focussing on the Danfoss Power Solutions range of hydraulic components available through HES and with an extensive history of working within the hydraulics industry and with OEMs, Harry has full responsibility for all commercial Danfoss activity, including sales, pricing and technical application.

Mark Willis - based with Branch Hydraulic Services, Mark is a valuable member of the Technical Team; having 30 years experience in the fluid power industry, providing sales and applications engineering support across most of the industry sectors at component and systems level. Mark has worked in Area Sales through to Global Key Account Management and Applications Engineering roles in the past, covering support of small to medium OEM through to Global OEM, with most roles demanding a combined sales and applications approach covering Hydraulic Power Units (HPU's), compnents and complete systems. He has extensive knowledge of applications and system and component design along with in-depth knowledge of electronic and proportional technology; further enhancing the expertise available at HES.

Mark Davis - our Senior Sales & Service Coordinator, Mark has been with HES for over 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge of our products, systems and applications as a result; particularly the Danfoss brand. Mark is an extremely valued member of the Technical Team, offering indespensible technical advice to customers and colleagues alike.
