VFD120 Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers

Aimed at mobile and industrial applications the VFD120 can be used for controlling hydraulic motor and cylinder speeds by manually adjusting the flow rate.

Variable priority flow dividers split a single input (P) flow into a priority (REG) flow and an excess or by-pass (BP) flow which can be returned directly to the oil reservoir or used to power a second system. This is possible due to the valve’s adaptive pressure compensation characteristics meaning both the priority and by-pass flows can be used to drive separate circuits, even under varying loads. In many instances, this dispenses with the need for another pump to operate a second system.

The VFD120 design has also been optimised to reduce energy wastage by minimising the pressure losses across the valve, resulting in a significant reduction in running costs.

Clearly marked single turn hand dial permits fast visual adjustments to predetermined ‘Priority’ flow.
Pressure compensated permitting both ‘Priority’ and ‘By-Pass’ to be used simultaneously at varying pressures without affecting the ‘Priority’ flow rate.

If you require International Delivery charges will apply and you will need to contact enquiries@grouphes.com to process your order.

Delivery will be Next Working Day wherever possible if the order is made before 4pm or 2pm for any order of oil. Please allow up to 7 working days for any orders of 205 litre/45 gallons barrels of oil or 1000L IBCs.

Returns policy:

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the product to any division of Group HES within 7 working days from delivery date. After this date, it will be at the discretion of management to decide whether a refund or exchange will be given. A full refund is available if the item is unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. The item must not contain any fluids, including water, oil etc.

An average 20% (percentage may vary), handling charge will be applicable unless the part is faulty or incorrectly described. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you need to return an item, please contact admin@grouphes.com immediately with your order number and reason for return.

Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be applied or alternatives to be resent out. The company reserves the right to assess whether there is any consumer error involved and will take this into account when refunds are granted.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
