Our whole workforce is back at it, and has been for a while, helping customers get the right hydraulic product they need for their application. 

Our warehouse staff and some office and technical staff never left and worked right through the entire lockdown from our state of the art workshop and warehouse in Gloucester, building hydraulic equipment from stock and preparing orders for despatch, and before the lockdown was fully introduced, our IT team set everyone else up to be able to work from home seamlessly to ensure that our customers did not experience any disruption to the great service we pride ourselves on.

Our sales reps have been hard at work keeping in touch with customers where possible, often going out of their way to ensure hard to source products were procured and winging their way to the customer.

With the easing of lockdown and the return of most of the UK workforce, our sales reps are fully prepared to visit customers premises, following necessary COVID-19 guidelines, to discuss any new demands they may be facing that we can help with or requirements for hydraulic components, custom hydraulic builds, hydraulic system design or product specifications for their unique applications. If visits are not the preferred option then they are also able to video call via Zoom, Skype or another method of the customers choosing to discuss the above.

We have implemented social distancing measures in our warehouse, workshops and offices to ensure complete compliance with the COVID-19 guidelines and have rigorous steps in place for any visits to our premises, order through to delivery processes and working practices to ensure that everything we do is as safe as we can make it. We have added a second break room to minimise distance between staff during break times, staggered the break times themselves and increased the number of sanitisation stations around the building to ensure our business is COVID-secure.
