Fixed Displacement Vane Pumps

Hydraulic Equipment Supermarkets offer a range of fixed displacement vane pumps that come in four different sizes. 

These pumps are available with either one or a pair of pumping elements, which are cartridge type elements. They contain the vanes, head disks, cam ring and the rotor. To make maintenance as simple as possible - the elements are easily removable. 

The cam ring has double suction and delivery chambers and its elliptical shape means that the radial thrust is no longer causing friction and thus reduces the wear of the rotor. The use of a 12 vane rotor means that the pump is quiet and therefore, suitable for several different applications.
