Danfoss (ex. Sauer Danfoss) offers a range of modular proportional valve gates (PVGs) that offer maximum control, both efficiently and safely. Danfoss PVG 32, Danfoss PVG 100, Danfoss PVG 120 Valves are available as individual parts or here at Hydraulic Equipment Supermarkets, we can assemble the Danfoss PVGs for manual, electrical and hydraulic operation in our workshop.

Danfoss PVGs are suitable for linking into fixed and variable displacement pump based systems. Danfoss range of PVG 16, PVG 32, PVG 100 and PVG 120 provides flexible customisation with numerous configurations available. Within the Danfoss PVG range, you will find options for low to high flow needs, with all options offering precise operation and improved productivity.

With over 1 million valve stack combination possibilities for your customised solution the PVG family of valves allows you to combine multiple valves of up to four different sizes into a single, fully integrated solution with the widest flow range on the market, to achieve the results and efficiencies of your applications demand.

In our workshop we can assemble PVG 32, 100 and 120 valve combinations for manual, electric and hydraulic operation and can tailor performance levels to your application with single or multiple module units made to coordinate with your choice of components, functions and features.

Different spools can be fitted to work with single and double acting cylinders and can be placed in a manner to offer detent and spring-centred capabilities.

Hydraulic Equipment Supermarkets offer a selection of 3 port sizes (⅜, ½, ¾ BSP), with operating pressure up to 400 bar. These Danfoss PVGs can be used with anti-shock and anti-cavity valves, for economical responsive pressure and load management.

Whatever configuration you choose, the width and height of the valve remain unchanged.

The directional and proportional Danfoss PVGs are ideal for use in many industrial, agricultural and marine environments and also on a variety of vehicles, for purposes ranging from lifting to steering.
